We want you to love your Rollumi Vibrating Massage Roller. That's why every order comes with a 30-day risk-free trial. Use it, test it out, and see how it fits into your recovery routine.
If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we'll give you a full refund — and yes, that includes any shipping you paid. We stand behind the product, so you don't have to take a gamble on it. The only thing we ask is that returned units aren't clearly abused or destroyed (more on that under Condition of Returned Items below).
02How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple. There are no forms to fill out and no hoops to jump through.
Just email us at [email protected] and let us know you'd like to return your roller. A member of our team will reply, usually within 1 business day, with everything you need to send it back. We'll take it from there.

03Do I Have to Ship It Back?
In most cases, yes — we'll ask you to return the roller before your refund or exchange is finalized, and we'll cover the cost of return shipping. Just hold off on sending anything until we've confirmed your return and shared the details, so your package reaches the right place.
For some defective or damaged-on-arrival situations, we may simply send a replacement or issue a refund without asking you to ship the unit back at all. If that applies to your order, we'll let you know when you reach out.
04Refund Timing & Method
Once your return is approved (or, where a return is required, once we receive the roller back), we'll initiate your refund within 2 business days. It goes back to your original payment method automatically.
From there, you'll typically see the refund land in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Your refund will cover the full amount you paid, including shipping. Since shipping is always free on US orders, there are no surprise deductions — you get back what you spent.

05Condition of Returned Items
We get it — you need to actually use the roller to know if it's right for you, and normal use during your trial is completely fine. The 30-day trial is meant for exactly that, so you won't lose any of your refund for everyday wear, fingerprints, or a charged-up battery.
We just ask that you keep the roller in reasonable shape and, where possible, hold onto the original packaging and accessories (like the USB charging cable). The trial does not cover units that have been clearly abused, deliberately damaged, or destroyed — in those rare cases, we may adjust the refund. For everything else, your trial is fully covered.
0612-Month Warranty
Every Rollumi roller is backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device develops a fault due to a defect in materials or workmanship within 12 months of purchase, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you — and that includes shipping in both directions, so you won't pay to send the defective unit back or to receive your replacement.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by misuse. To make a warranty claim, just email [email protected] with your order number and a short description (and a photo or video, if you have one).
07Damaged or Defective Items
If your roller arrives damaged, or stops working as it should, we'll make it right quickly.
Email [email protected] as soon as you notice the problem and include a photo or short video if you can. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund — your choice — without making you jump through hoops. Depending on the situation, we may not even ask you to ship the unit back.
08Exchanges
Need a different unit instead of a refund? No problem. If you'd prefer an exchange — for example, if your roller is defective and you'd simply like a working replacement — let us know when you reach out.
Email [email protected] and we'll set up the exchange for you. As with everything else, US shipping on your replacement is free.
